Our Misssion

At VitaCare we understand that no one takes care of you better than your own family and loved ones. With that understanding in mind, we strive to be your family. We approach our clients holistically, following not only the the treatment plan established by your physician, but also finding the time to help you with interpretation and a supportive shoulder. Our nurses, physical therapists, home health aides, and other professionals address not just medical needs, but also such important things as food, shelter, translation, transportation to medical appointments, and much more!

We have been improving the quality of life for older members of our communities for over 12 years. Our staff of RN’s, PT’s , and certified HHA’s proudly care for members of the Philadelphia, Bucks, and Montgomery counties in English, as well as their native language. VitaCare is a recipient of city, state, and national awards of excellence and initiatives. Our staff speeks Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, French, Arabic, Haitian Creole, Polish, Farsi, Korean, Albanian, Serbian, Romanian, Russian, and Ukrainian, among others
